Jeri Gray
Jeri has been a Realtor for over 36 years. She was a top producer before she went into management. Jeri has served her company as Recruiting Director, Corporate Relocation Director, Training Director and Branch Manager. At present Jeri is the Director of Career Development for Keller Williams Realty – Birmingham.
Jeri has been a speaker at the Mobile Mini Convention, Auburn Education Fair, AAR Convention, Summer Splash, and the Salesmanship Conference. She also teaches many continuing education classes for the Birmingham Association of REALTORS® and other associations in the state.
Jeri was chosen Realtor of the Year for the Birmingham Association of Realtors and Realtor of the Year for the Alabama Association of Realtors in 1995. In 1997 the Birmingham Business Journal chose her as one of the Top Ten Women in Birmingham.
Jeri also received the AAR Robert Jemison award for 2000. Jeri is a very active member of the Real Estate Educators Association and served as the Alabama Chapter President for two years. Jeri received the life time achievement award “The President’s Cup” from the Birmingham Association of REALTORS® in 2002.

Lisa Barnes is a certified meeting professional and currently is Executive Director of the City of Iowa City’s Summer of the Arts, a non-profit organization which produces festivals and programming to build community through the arts. A graduate of the University of Iowa with a B.A. in Journalism, Lisa has spent her professional career in meeting planning and association management. In her “free” time she is an assistant cheerleading coach for Iowa City West High School and a soccer coach for her son’s junior high team. Her husband of 24+ years, Kevin, is an electrician specializing in fire alarm installation. Miranda, 16, is a junior at West High School and Jason, 13, is an 8th grader at Northwest Junior High in Iowa City.
