Molly Cox PhotoMolly Cox is an improv actor, speaker and author who helps people learn to lead a more balanced, joy filled and successful life. Molly co-wrote the book, “Improvise This! How to Think on your Feet so You Don’t Fall on Your Face,” and has spoken nationally for companies such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Hospital, Bremer Bank and The Smithsonian Institution. She co-wrote the Mr. Rogers Life Time Achievement Awards for PBS and has written dozens of care giving, life balance and humor articles for national publications.

She is the former director of sales and marketing for two hotels and the general manager for a large upscale athletic club. Molly has combined her background in business, acting, writing and care giving to create content rich and hilarious keynotes and workshops for business, healthcare and women’s programs.

Currently, Molly is producing the film: Note to Self: An inspirational film for caregivers. Molly’s essential advice is: “It’s your life. Have fun!”

Currently Ruth lives in the Nashville, Tennessee area and is an approved Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC®) instructor for their courses, such as the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) and GREEN® designations, the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification, and e-Buyer®. David joined the Lockard Team in 2000 coming from a background in banking. David oversees the day-to-day operations of Lockard Development and leads the development team of real estate professionals responsible for leasing/marketing new and existing real estate properties and developments; acting as broker representing Lockard Companies in negotiating the sale, purchase, and lease of commercial property; assisting clients in 1031 tax free exchanges and other dispositions; tenant representation; and marketing non-portfolio commercial properties. In addition to his duties with Lockard Development, Inc., David serves as President of Lockard Commercial Realty managing offices in Cedar Falls, IA, Dubuque, IA and also Dallas, TX.
