Susan Kubiesa currently serves as Vice President, HR Vendor Management for North America, and is responsible for the newly formed North American vendor management program for Zurich.

Susan’s experience spans a number of different areas including Vendor Management, HR Operations and an expertise in Global Mobility. In her role as VP of HR Operations, Susan had responsibility for six distinct functional areas – Recruiting, Payroll, Global Mobility, HRIT, HR Finance, and HRIS.  Her expertise in Global Mobility spans more than twenty-seven years in a variety of areas including Realtor/Broker, Account Executive and various management positions.  She has worked for a number of Fortune 100 companies, including Baxter International, Motorola and Zurich Financial Services.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a masters in Business Administration. She also holds the SCRP and GMS designations. An active industry participant, Susan has served on Council Boards in various capacities, including President and Vice President.  She has served on the Worldwide ERC Board of Directors and is a member of ERC’s Relocation Fundamentals Faculty. Susan has been a speaker at a number of conferences.
